
Christmas for Kids
at the Conservatory
Christmas for Kids at the Conservatory presented by the Wausau Conservatory of Music will take place at the Wausau Conservatory of Music (WCM) on Sunday, December 10 from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. This family-friendly event is free for adults and $5 per child (13 and under).
Families can explore Santa’s workshop and create their holiday crafts, play holiday games, face painting, and enjoy snacks and refreshments. WCM students and scheduled guest performers will perform holiday music Children can try their luck at holiday bingo and make a holiday craft provided by the Center for Visual Arts and can sit for pictures with Santa. Each child will take home a stocking filled with treats, toys, and a recorder. The event will provide recorder lessons for children to learn about their new instrument.
Decorations will fill every corner of the Conservatory. From Christmas trees to ornaments and Santa’s workshop, it is a fantasy land for both kids and kids at heart. Stroll through the Conservatory enjoying appetizers and desserts, let the kids try their luck at holiday bingo, and work on a holiday craft provided by the Center for Visual Arts. Each kid will take home their very own stocking filled with treats and toys, and don’t forget pictures with Santa!
