Background
Currently, Mrs. Phalen is the band instructor at DC Everest Middle School. She is also the musical director for the WCM Middle Level Summer Band Camp and is active in the area as a performer and conductor. Mrs. Phalen joined the faculty of the Conservatory in the fall of 2005.
