“Rock Infused Orchestra” presented by IncredibleBank and the Wausau Conservatory of Music, brings nearly 200 string orchestra students in grades 6-12 from the Wausau area together for a day of learning through rock music. Students will learn instrument techniques, ensemble playing, and music skills by performing some of the greatest rock and pop classics.

After a day of rehearsals and sectional classes, the Rock Infused Orchestra (RIO) students will present a FREE concert open to the public on Saturday, January 18 at 3:00 pm at the Wausau West High School Auditorium.

String orchestra students will have the opportunity to experience music in a new way, thanks to a partnership between the Wausau Conservatory of Music, Rock Infused Orchestra, and the string departments at Wausau School District and DC Everest School District.
